I recently used the services of this company to find a rental property in Hawaii. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of properties. The communication and response time could be improved as I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. 🏠 Although the customer service was polite, it felt a bit disorganized. The rental process was smooth overall, but there were a few small hiccups along the way. The property itself was nice and as described on the website, but there were a few maintenance issues that I wish had been addressed before my move-in. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider using the services again, but with tempered expectations.
