I am a customer of Salt lake city school district and I have mixed feelings about the company. Overall, the experience was average. The website slcschools.org is easy to navigate but lacks some information I needed. The customer service was responsive, but not always helpful. There is room for improvement in terms of providing clearer instructions and better communication.
