Waited now 6 month before posting a review to see how the service and connections work. I left the post because the service was bad, charges me 10 months for 2 post tv boxes and just had one, a pain to receive the money back and even if the customer service is nice that isn t helpful if the problem is not solved. Asked that I WRITE a letter and mail it because email won't be helpful. So I took the offer around august with the free installation with lol. Maybe I was lucky due to summer holidays that my rdv was fixed pretty fast, no issues taking over from the post and 15 euro cheaper for a faster connection. cant review customer service because didn t need it so thats a good sign honestly. No internet or tv issues.
