We did a Drop in at Spot during our Stay in NYC. The receptionist the day before was reall nice and friendly. Showed uS. around and booked the Class for the Next day.

The Receptionist the Next day was unfriendly. Not interested in us it seemed nerved of the situation. He directly asked us to pay 40 dollars each!! For one class. No shirt included. Yes it is NYC but this is not what CrossFit is about.

The class itself was really really good. The coach was great and he put all out of the small training area, which was clean and well equipped.

We would never drop in again as it was too expensive and with the second receptionist we did not feel very welcomed. But the coach was nice, friendly and did a great job!
