My internet has been on and off for 5 days! I called to get an update and was informed I would be kept in the loop .. haven t heard anything, and internet is not functioning properly. I have a feeling they didn t do anything over the weekend to fix it, as there was no change, and they don t understand people work from home! Worst internet provider.
