I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Proconsumer. The website was a bit confusing to navigate and I had trouble finding the products I was looking for. The customer support was not very responsive and it took a long time to resolve my issues. However, the quality of the product was good. Overall, I think Proconsumer has room for improvement.
