The service at Garcia Zefrino Hernandez is average. I had high expectations based on the reviews I read online, but it didn't live up to the hype. The food was alright, nothing special. The staff seemed friendly enough, but they weren't very attentive. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a bad place, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.
