I went to Rose Veranda for high tea today and I ll say they have one of the best service. I alighted my taxi with a baby in a carrier so the bellman offer to carry my giant diaper bag for me. Then he passed it to the hostess at the restaurant and she carried it for me to my table! Also the food there was good! ....
