Agility Insurance is a good company as a whole. But I am especially grateful for Dana. I have spoken to her by luck many times now. She is so knowledgeable and experienced and really understands my questions- She always provides highly accurate information, and her knowledge extends beyond the basics. Sometimes I ask questions that newer representatives simply don't know the answers to (you can always tell if they are new). But Dana is EXPERT level, she really knows her stuff. If she is not in a leadership position, she really should be. I wish Dana was my Marketer or assigned account Representative. If I could get her on the call every time, everything would be 'A-Okay'. I hope someone recognizes Dana- She really deserves it.
