I have passed through the construction site on several occasions always seeing poor quality work. Allot off rocks on road getting thrown up.by trucks. Equipment on roadway out of traffic control area, flaggers on corners with their signs laying on the ground while they are not even paying attention to traffic. I actually took pictures of one of these occasions as I was almost hit by another vehicle.
