I had a mixed experience with Blue business. While some aspects of their service were excellent, others were quite disappointing. The website was easy to navigate and had useful information. However, their customer support was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Blue business as average.
