The classes are well-structured and cater to both beginners and advanced practitioners. The training is physically demanding but also mentally stimulating, helping me develop focus and discipline. The community at Dulwich is like a second family, always ready to lend a helping hand. I cannot recommend Aikikai aikido at Dulwich enough! 😊
