I recently used E-Z TAX services and found them to be quite average. Although they were able to assist me with my tax return and answer my questions, I felt that their customer service could have been better. The process of filing my return was a bit cumbersome, and I had to provide additional information multiple times. Overall, I would say E-Z TAX is an average company, nothing outstanding.
