I had a mixed experience shopping at Sassy Studios. While I found their products to be of good quality and reasonably priced, the website's navigation could use some improvement. It took me a bit of time to find what I was looking for. However, the customer service team was quick to assist me when I reached out with my concerns. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
