Absolutely terrible. They messed up a year ago, and did not follow through as promised. Ordered again last week and paid rush. On day it was to be delivered, notified they had a problem, it would be sent the next day and they would "give a 5 percent refund and shipping charges." Next day, same story. Incredibly, two days late, received an email the order was actually shipped and I would receive it "next day." Did not happen. Checked their website, it says status is in production. Unbelieveable. Have already gotten labels from a competitor at a lower price. Have directed my people to order nothing of any kind that has the name Avery on it.
