A while ago I spoke to Saskia by phone because I wanted a price indication for an 'embroidery order'. Saskia was very uncomfortable to speak to and she was terribly arrogant. She said, "If you think it's 20 euros, you should ask a friend." Very weird answer, she didn't even have a clue what my budget was and that I know how precious such a thing is.
