The experience I had with Creative Travel Center Inc. was average. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was quick, but the overall trip did not meet my expectations. The accommodations were mediocre and there were some delays with the transportation. The customer service could have been more attentive and responsive. I hope they can make improvements to provide a better experience in the future.
