We got to the sleep lab and got it right away.
We were greeted by a lovely and cute technician, who explained a bit about the process:
Large connectors to a lot of sensors (stickers), and put a belt on the abdomen for a breath test.
The room is photographed.
We got a nice room with air conditioning and private toilet.
We only started the sleeping process at 23:00, although we were asked to arrive two hours earlier, I recommend checking when it is possible to arrive at the latest.

The charming technician and investment in privacy made the experience enjoyable
