I had a mixed experience with Shree siddhivinayak industries. Initially, I was impressed with their prompt communication and professional attitude. However, I was disappointed with the quality of their products. The vacuum pump I purchased from them started malfunctioning after a few months of use. Their customer service was slow in responding to my complaints, which further aggravated the situation. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
