Even with an appt you won t get unloaded. We showed up an hour prior to our appt. Told they have no one with lift experience so sent us to another warehouse. Sat there for 8hrs then they came out to tell us they ain t unloading us there and sent us back to original warehouse. So far been sitting in door for over an hour and still haven t attempted to unload us. We DID have an appt and we were ON TIME So glad these companies think a drivers time is pointless.
