First they were very eager .

First they were very eager .
a team of 2 people came out to assess water damage and mold from a leaky pipe which was substantial requiring complete renovation of laundry room and adjoining playroom walls
It was by no means a small
I picked and supplied all necessary information within a week
I asks multiple times if they are busy if they have the time and was assured every time
Then I waited for weeks for quiote , calls were not returned .
Meanwhile some visitors even displayed health issue due to the mold growth
Finally i was able to reach a sales person and was told they do not have the time or interest at this time
I wasted more than a month ! This is extremely unprofessional especially not haveing the courtesy to call !
