I ll have to say that I always worry about business honesty, particularly with hourly pay. Preston and his staff were really incredible!! They were precise and got right down to business, yet personal and friendly at the same time. We had to get some things removed from our website and from Google listings. Preston advised me not to remove a few things from Google because it would be very expensive to do that; I was comforted with his words when he said, that listing won t affect your website at all... you don t need to worry about that . He was even willing to go that extra mile to advise me without even concern for being paid for those extra little touches that he advised for our website. His secretary was so patient with me when I called several times in a row. These people know EXACTLY what needs to get done, and they do it in a timely matter, professionally and with tons of customer support explaining every step of their process and calling or emailing frequently to keep the customer notified. I plan on using them as my main IT company because I know that they won t take advantage of my pocketbook ! Thank you, Preston and James for a superior job!!!
