They are a real family company. You might not see it being a team member or shift lead because there are so many people above you that don't work in the stores. All of the office staff are friendly and professional. Their Taco Bells not only offer benefits for regular employees but also vacation time after the first year. That's pretty fantastic for a fast food restaurant. They are quickly expanding and always offer room for growth for the employees.
