I had the pleasure of working with Black Dog recently and I must say, their service was average. While they were prompt in their responses, I felt that they lacked attention to detail. There were a few errors in the project that could have been easily avoided. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I expected more from a company with such a good reputation.
