As a long-time resident of this neighborhood, I have mixed feelings about Crystal Pointe At Coral Lakes. While the apartments are decent and the location is convenient, I feel like the management could do a better job of maintaining the property. There have been multiple instances where maintenance requests were not addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, the noise levels can be quite high at times, making it difficult to relax. Overall, it's an average place to live but there is definitely room for improvement.
