Always welcomed by name and with a smile, even early in the morning. I love Christy s Wednesday 6am class and her playlists! Great motivation and energy during intense classes. Studio is always clean and bikes are nice with ability to follow the leader board if you want to help challenge yourself or you can just ride to the beat of the music if that s more your style. Class prices are reasonable; definitely worth a try if you haven t already!
