I recently used Tandemrx and I must say, it was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the website was easy to navigate and the prices were competitive. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had a few questions that went unanswered and it was quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
