just contacted Pascal Heufkens from customer service. my package has been missing for 2 days and he didn't want to help me. I asked him if he could contact Post NL (I was advised by Post NL himself) This was not possible according to him. He also did not want to take the order and did not make a credit. What a sick guy !!!!

I hope they check the amount we order each year. this will now go to another company.
