I have been a customer of Applitech b.v. control systems & powerdistribution for a while now, and I must say that the overall experience has been quite average. The products offered are good, but the customer service could definitely be improved. There have been a few occasions where I faced delays in getting a response from their support team. However, once the issue was addressed, the resolution was satisfactory. I hope they work on improving the response time and provide better support in the future. Overall, an average experience.
