I had an average experience with Compacker systems, llc. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the packaging to be subpar. The boxes were not sturdy enough and some of my items arrived damaged. I appreciate the prompt response from customer service and their willingness to resolve the issue. Overall, it was an okay experience.
