I had an overall average experience with Big picture graphics. The quality of their work was good but not outstanding. The customer service was also average, nothing exceptional. I think they have room for improvement in terms of meeting deadlines. The turnaround time for my project was longer than expected. I would consider them again for future projects, but I hope to see some improvements in their performance.
