🌸 I absolutely loved my time at the Santa Cruz Zen Center! 🌸 The environment was so tranquil and the meditation sessions were incredibly peaceful. The teachings of mindfulness and compassion resonated deeply with me. The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel like a part of their community. I left the retreat feeling rejuvenated and inspired to continue my mindfulness practice. Highly recommended! 🌸
