What started out to be a great program, over 10 years ago, is now just a fraud. Please save your money, you won't get what you 'paid' for. We fulfilled our obligation to Employers First and paid for our renewal back in October, year 2 of a 'special' Employers First had offered to long standing customers. Like every other year, unless I followed through I would NEVER receive what I paid for. So, I contacted the company in January looking for my updated policy to only be on the phone for 20 minutes listening to Dave's story. Dave had laid off all his employees, except a few, back in December to revamp the program. Great things were coming he said. Dave has never followed through on any of the dates he has set, nor returns emails or phone calls. I had left so many emails and phone calls, when COVID began I gave up hope of any sort of refund or product. 3 weeks ago Employers First sent out an email blast attempting to drum up new business. How about you provide the customers who have paid for their product, their product first. As sad as it is, I am glad to see we weren't the only ones scammed by Dave and his crew.
