I utilized Keyland Fine properties and specifically Jim Venezia for a short term home rental. Little to no attention paid to the rental home issues without constant follow up. There were ongoing issues with then pool and roof leakage at the time of move out and I wrote a letter to the homeowners to make them aware of what little care their home was receiving. I followed all the requirements per my lease agreement at move out time. I have not received my deposit back and it's been seven months and counting. I utilized an attorney and received "the check is in the mail" story. A check was received for less than what was owed and the check then bounced. Jim was "outraged" and was to follow up with the bank and not another word was heard. I'm now pursuing through the court process. There is no ethical integrity on the part of Jim or Keyland Fine Properties. Anyone considering doing business as a buyer or seller should seek another company.
