This was my first time ordering products for our small cheer gym from Illusive Apparel. And it definitely WON T be the last. This company is just AMAZING! My sales rep, Tommy, has been phenomenal to work with and made the whole process enjoyable and easy from start to finish. Being a new customer, I had many questions. He always responded to me in a timely, courteous and informative manner. The turnaround time on everything was so concise (design, proofs, invoicing, shipping, etc.). I even had the pleasure of briefly corresponding with a couple other Illusive Team members and they were just as professional and courteous. And in the end, we received amazing custom products that exceeded my expectations. The designs alone are so stylish and unique not to mention the quality of product. Our cheerleaders, parents and coaches loved everything so much that we are already having them design our next item. Just can t say enough...this company is AMAZING and I highly recommend them!
