I met with agent Lara Kingshipp, who was very friendly and informative. I was scheduled to meet with her as part of a job interview and when I made it clear that I was looking for a rental instead of a purchase, she never held it against me. She drove me all over the place, explaining each neighborhood and giving me tips and tricks to find the place that would be best for me.

She dropped me off at the airport and I realized a while later that I had left my phone in her car. I had her business card, so I called her and she brought it back to me after she was already 20 minutes away. Lara went above and beyond for me and I will certainly use her if I end up moving to the area and get a long-term job.

Edit: I ended up buying a house with Lara and it was a great experience. I've bought a home before and thought it went smoothly, but Lara streamlined the experience considerably. No question I will use her to do any and all future real estate transactions in the State College area.
