I received the key for the hospital this morning and am happy to be discontinuing our service with Coverall. The lack of professionalism displayed by Tom made my decision easy to discontinue service and let the remaining 23 VCA hospitals in our area know about the service we received. Due to a poor job around the hospital for the past few months and giving a 15 day grace period to fix the situation, Tom thought it would be a good idea to stand outside of our place of business to hold a conversation with Saul about our hospital. Fortunately, a member of our staff was on her lunch break and heard Tom state "Do what needs to be done to shut her up". This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional and you, Tom, should be incredibly ashamed of yourself. Your response about being happy to service our hospital and wishing us the best will go unacknowledged due to your lack of professionalism and customer service.
