I had a mixed experience with Bacon Duane F. While their customer service was excellent, I was not completely satisfied with the product I purchased. It did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. However, the company was responsive to my concerns and offered a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
