I recently purchased a new mattress from the company's website and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The ordering process was smooth and the website was user-friendly. The delivery was also timely, and the mattress arrived in good condition. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about the warranty, it took quite some time to receive a response from their team. Additionally, the mattress itself, although comfortable, did not meet my expectations in terms of durability. It started showing signs of wear and tear after only a few months of use. Considering the price I paid, I expected better quality. In conclusion, while my experience with Ultramatic Canada Corp. was not terrible, it left something to be desired in terms of customer service and product durability.
