I recently started using an online banking service and Netbank was one of the options I considered. The website looked decent and user-friendly, but I wasn't particularly impressed. The main issue I had was that it lacked some features that I was expecting, like budgeting tools and detailed transaction categorization. However, the basic functionalities are there and the customer support was helpful when I had some questions. It's an okay option for basic banking needs.
