I recently used Bluelight analytics for a resin curing project. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the instructions were clear. However, the product did not live up to my expectations. It took much longer to cure the resin than advertised, and the results were not as consistent. I was also disappointed with the customer service. When I reached out with my concerns, it took several days to receive a response. While they eventually offered a refund, I would have preferred better communication and a quicker resolution. Overall, I would say Bluelight analytics provides an average experience but needs improvement in product quality and customer service.
