A trip to Bourges would be missed if I forgot to go to the dairy Triballat before returning to my neighboring Burgundy. Because if everyone in France knows Rians, the brand whose logo represents a small village, few are the French who know that this is the name of the village where the Triballat dairy manufactures all its delights.
I myself learned it while walking in the Berry, after having seen a sign indicating "Rians". I discovered the factory store where we find, besides the brand's products, full of specialties of the region, be it milk or other: honey, herbal teas, biscuits ... etc.
Prices are obviously more interesting than anywhere else.
I particularly appreciate the large pots of cottage cheese or faisselle and I do not hesitate to buy 2 kilos if I plan to make cakes with, in addition to eating nature or with muesli and berries.
