Being a part of the Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association (LISTA) has been a game-changer for me. The website, a-lista.org, offers a wealth of information and resources, and the networking opportunities have been invaluable. The sense of inclusivity and support within the LISTA community is remarkable. I am truly grateful for everything this organization has done to empower Latinx professionals in the tech industry.
