Bad customer service. We ordered two pairs of CRT lenses. It's been a week, and we still haven't received them. When we contacted them, instead of trying to fix the problem, they blamed us and Fedex. The manager, Doug, even snidely commented that we misinterpreted more than six things during our conversation. For starters, there is no misinterpreting being late on delivery of items. Don't try to hide behind your courier service. It's still your responsibility to make sure that the product that we ordered arrives to us in the proper amount of time. If it doesn't, then you need to fix the problem. It's basic customer service. This industry is very small. We will spread the word about how you treated us.
