My experience with Echoing Hills location is, while the mission is a great mission to have, there is greed at the hands of the owners. The facility's are not taken care of. The staff is lazy, abusive, and neglectful. While the upper management spend all the charitable money being donated, on car rentals, trips, bonuses, speakers that are unqualified is a sham. The individuals that stay at these facility's are left UN kept, soiled, smelly and are treated like prisoners. The DSP that they employ do not really care for their jobs. There are NO qualification required to get these jobs. This leaves our individuals at serious risk. The company also hires unqualified people to run these facility's. At this time a Nurse aide supervisor is( if I am not mistaken) an Administrator. (Too Funny) The administrator at the Athens office is a joke. I am so glad our Governor is wanting to shut these places down. In a scale of 100, this organization scores a 10, for at least attempting to make the world a better place. It is very sad, company's hire cheap and unqualified people to run their businesses. Delete if you like because Mr. Buddy Bush and your side kick Mark from Athens, word of mouth is the best advertisement, and I am telling you, I share your short comings daily!!!!!!!!! The world needs to really know what happens in CHARITABLE organizations like yours! Thank you for giving me a new mission.
