The service provided by Hsieh metal was average. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I found their pricing to be reasonable. However, I was not particularly impressed with their customer support. It was difficult to get a timely response and there were some issues with order tracking. I believe there is room for improvement in these areas.
