I had the same experience as all of the other reviews. My main nurse, (Cindy) was very good, but the rest of it was terrible. My oncologist called them when I needed hospice for my mom so I didn't have time to look into any other hospices. My mom was in a lot of pain and we called for a nurse on the weekend and no one came. We called for a bed and they weren't going to deliver it for three days. I told them she would be dead by then. They would call me and never show up. They are just out to collect the Medicare money. I had to call them 3 times with very nasty messages in order to get help. Nice when you're mother is dying. Don't ever use them! I will be calling my oncologist and telling her never to call them for a patient.
