Imp group ltd. provided an average service. Their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not very impressed with their customer service. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in my inquiries. Overall, I would say that my experience with Imp group ltd. was just average.
