Extremely magnificent place, worth visited Though some members of staff next to the crown jewels, were extremely rude with one of them shouting at us in front of his group in an outrageous way trying to show off or to make the funny guy?!?! I have no idea and words about this unexpectable and unacceptable incident. I think that they need to be assessed more frequently if not, in terms of their well being. They ruined our experience of this tour.
