I have had both positive and negative experiences with My Mustard. On the positive side, their website is well-designed and easy to navigate. I also appreciate their quick shipping and secure packaging. However, there have been instances where I have had issues with their customer service. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, and the solutions provided were not always satisfactory. Overall, I think My Mustard is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
